At Flowers, we want your home to feel perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
